…I absolutely love making iced fruit treats especially in the Summer…the stars are my favourites…these fruity treats are naturally full of goodness and keep us cool in the heat. Mango, papaya and pineapples can all be blended to make tropical treats. If like me and you live in England… you’ll know that we are accustomed to a little rain…not heat waves so if fruity iced fishes do the thing and keep us happy…then bring on the blueberry fishes. I also use and adore the heart shaped mould which make the prettiest pink treats when combined with raspberries and yoghurt and this one can be found at IKEA- they are brilliant. For the blueberry fish shapes, I combine 5 tbsp of natural yogurt with a handful of blueberries. I blitz them on high until smooth and add a drizzle of natural honey… pour into ice moulds and freeze for 2-3 hours. Add a dash of milk to change the consistency to milkshake pops. Then simply pop out and enjoy these refreshing iced fruit nibbles.
Lots of love xx
